Empowering businesses through exceptional customer support

The strategy centred on service, knowledge, innovation and care, positioning Deskhq as both a practical support platform and a trusted guide for growing businesses.

Photography, glass-inspired icons and tailored AI assets brought depth to the system, creating a flexible experience across the website, product interface, social content and advertising.

Project info

Developed the strategy, identity and digital system around Deskhq’s simple promise of accessible & intelligent support with no fuss. Deskhq is a digital customer-support platform built to help small and medium-sized businesses deliver better customer experiences. Inspired by founder Bethany Oliver’s family connection to customer service, the brand needed to feel caring, capable and distinct from conventional software.
